Facility Media has a number of writers, designers and project staff around
the region, who are experienced in all sectors relating to the built environment.
However, to get started you should probably contact one of the following
people who make up our core team:
Claire Saeki, Managing Director
A native Australian, Claire speaks Mandarin Chinese and has lived in Hong Kong
and China for the last 10 years. While here she has worked for a multi-national
publishing company, managed a team of B2B conference producers and
participated in in-house marketing and sales in a range of industries.
Before conceptualising and launching RFP magazine, Claire had seen the
corporate real estate industry from both sides of the fence: a brief stint in-house
at GE working with the legal team on a commercial lease negotiation and
appointment of design and build contractors as well as coordinating regional
marketing and PR for a interior design and fit out company. Claire has long
been a member of various industry associations and is now recognised as an
authority on commercial real estate sector in Asia and is often invited to be
moderator and panellist at industry conferences throughout the region.
Janet Middlemiss, Public Relations
Our integrated marketing communications division is directed by Janet Middlemiss
a PR and marketing, specialist with over twelve years of professional experience,
ten years of which have been spent in Asia .
Janet held the position of General Manager for integrated marketing communications
specialist Impact Asia. In this capacity she was responsible for the provision of
corporate communications counsel to a portfolio over 40 international and regional
clients including the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Swire Air and PCCW.
Shinah Lunty, Conference Manager
Born and Bred in Hong Kong, Shinah Lunty (Japanese-Canadian) is a skilled
conference producer and as a former researcher for RFP Magazine, she knows
the industry and its quirks inside out. She also has a background in hospitality,
event management and promotions. Speaking fluent Japanese and English,
she not only understands the concerns of people within our sector in Asia,
she also has a degree in marketing and communications and will make the
delivery of your project as seamless as possible.
