Bernard Chang is an IT advisor with five years of applied industry experience focused on IT audit, IT advisory, regulatory compliance review as well as system development. He has spent his career at KPMG IT advisory where he has managed various types of projects including ISO27001information security management system advisory, SOX attestation and advisory, COBIT advisory, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, IT internal audit, security reviews as well as numerous systems reviews with reference to local regulatory requirements.  His client portfolio spread across a broad range of industries, such as financial institutes, telco operators, technology companies, construction and government sectors.

Bernard is a committee member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) Hong Kong Chapter.  He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).  He holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree and a Master of Technology Management degree from University of New South Wales , Australia .
