Richard Leech, Executive Director, CB Richard Ellis, Vietnam Richard is Director of CB Richard Ellis (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. He is responsible for managing the company’s Hanoi Branch Office, which is staffed by over 40 real estate professionals. He also coordinates all activities for the Vietnam office in relation to new retail business development, tenant and client relations, property management, brokerage services and research. Richard has been responsible for the development and management of several significant retail/commercial real estate projects in Southern Africa, and more recently in SE Asia over the last fourteen years. |

Sebastien Guesney, Retail Design & Merchandising Department Manager Scental Travel Retail Asia Pacific After studying and working in interior design and architecture firms in France, his native country, Sebastien joined the Luxury Products Division of the L’Oreal group in 1994. His career brought him subsequently to live and work in the Middle East, North America and Asia, where he settled nearly 10 years ago. For the last 6 years, Sebastien manages the Retail Design & Merchandising of prestigious cosmetic brands like Lancôme, Biotherm, Shu Uemura, Kiehl’s, Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren, Cacharel, Viktor & Rolf and Diesel in Asia Pacific, specializing in Travel Retail. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Sebastien is regularly involved in retail spaces design projects as a consultant; his latest projects include the Lotte Duty Free Group, Beijing airport, Paradise Duty free company and Airbus Industries, among others. |

Paul Day, Project Manager, B&Q Sebastien Guesney, Retail Design & Merchandising Department Manager, Scental Travel Retail, Asia Pacific Patrick Bruce, Director, Oval Partnership Terry Waterhouse, Director, RED Retail Terry is the founder & Director of Red Retail Ltd, and co-founder of Red Goodss a specialist multidisciplinary design and implementation consultancy that solely focuses on the retail entertainment and leisure market sector in Asia Pacific and Mainland China. Terry is from the UK and has lived in Hong Kong for 11 years solely focusing on the retail market in Asia. Prior to this, Terry bring 25 years experience working in the design industry with Wolff Olins, and Rodney Fitch. He has worked in more than twenty countries around the world and gained considerable international experience working with wide and varied selection of brands & clients. Over the past four years, Terry has been pioneering the development of the new paradigm “The Big Idea” and the holistic approach to translate his client’s vision into reality and ensure purpose and added value is achieved. |

| Patrick Bruce, Director, Oval Partnership The Oval Partnership was established in 1992 by Christopher Law and Patrick Bruce. Both had previously been Directors of Conran Design Pacific. Under their direction Oval has grown to a group of three companies specializing in a sustainable lifestyle approach to design across several disciplines. In the retail area Oval has produced over 1,000 stores across most retail typologies from the design and project management of boutiques to department stores, specialty stores and shopping centers, and through a subsidiary, turnkey retail interior projects. Oval also has a substantial master planning and architectural design track record in mixed use urban developments, intelligent and green buildings (under INTEGER China), heritage buildings planning and design, and transportation architecture and design. |

Keith Griffiths,
Managing Director,
Aedas Keith’s own design expertise is similarly widespread reflecting his beliefs in the universal application of good design. Company owner for twenty years and as Chairman of Aedas Asia, Keith leads the company through design and by attracting and encouraging design talent. He initiates and leads the company’s training, design & delivery methods including Aedas’ outreach & support to architectural programmes in various universities. He lectures widely and is a Professor of Architecture at The University of Hong Kong. His successful, high profile design practice was formed in 1985 and attracted a wide range of international clients and projects. In 1992, Keith merged this practice with the company now known as Aedas. He led the phenomenal growth of this company to a staff of over 860 in nine Asian offices. |

| Kelvin Mui -BSc(Arch.), ASID, BDA(Aust) Kelvin is the founding Director of Axiom Oval Partnership Limited and is responsible for all day to day operations. He holds a BSc in Architecture and is a member of the American Society of Interior Design (ASID), Building Designers Association in Australia (BDA) . Kelvin has over 17 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Taiwan spanning hotel, retail and office projects etc. He was previously Associate Director with Conran Design Pacific and Associate Director of The Oval Partnership. Kelvin has in-charge the retail project such as www.izzue.com; Bossini brand revamp; various IT stores; Kaloo world wide; Simmons bedding; champion Circle for Hong Kong Jockey Club. |

| Ho King Ming, BA(Hon)(Arch) Dip. (Arch) After graduating in UK, King Ming worked for RDJWA in UK and was involved in the design and implementation of office/industrial Park Developments. In 1992, King Ming returned to Hong Kong and worked in SLHO & Associates Ltd for numerous extensive projects, such as a proposed hotel development at Oil Street, commercial buildings, Care & Attention Homes, Religious Institutions, Youth Centres and private luxury residential developments as well as interior projects such as showflats and luxury houses. Since joining us as Associate he has worked on the HKJC OMP project at Happy Valley and Sha Tin, commercial/corporate and retail projects together with luxury residential fitting out works, such as Kaloo world wide; Bossini flagship store; etc. |

Michael MacMillan, Managing Director & Founder, Vizualize Vizualize has been operating for 4 years with a focus on shopper behaviour analysis. Their visitor trends some of our clients include (Retail Clients) Adidas, Bossini, Zara, Ikea, (Venues and sporting facilities) The Esplanade, Lords, The British Open (St Andrews & Troon), The Melbourne Commonwealth Games and the National Museums of Singapore. Vizualize also have the largest people counting system in Singapore, the Republic Polytechnic. Prior to founding Vizualize, Michael established FootFall Asia which during his employment, installed the 4 largest shopping mall traffic systems in Asia. Believing there was an opportunity to better utilise traffic analytics on behalf of multi-store retail Michael improved and utilised products which include shopper analytics, multi-media and mobile messaging (for location based communication) and consultation. Vizualize were the first in the world to implement a wide area 3D tracking system for the City of Melbourne and we are the first in implement a 360 degree shopper monitoring technology. |

Paul Day, Project Manager, B&Q Asia Paul Day is currently the Project Manager overseeing the launch of the first B&Q store in Hong Kong. B&Q is Number 1 in the UK, Europe and Asia for home and garden improvement DIY materials. With a strong background in B&Q store opening programs covering not only Project Management, Operations, Marketing, Retail Space Planning, Paul is responsible for various other aspects of the B&Q store launch including property and Construction, Retail Design, Merchandising, Coordination of IT, legal, HR, Shop fitting, Landlords, external bodies and liaising with consultancies across the multifaceted disciplines within the core business. |
