Dubai Properties Cocktail 2006

Real estate investors and press mingled at the Dubai Properties cocktail, organised by Facility Media, at Hong Kong's Grand Hyatt. Due to an increase in Asian investment in the developer's projects during 2006, up from US$600 mil in 2005 to US$2 bil, and as part of MIPIM Asia, the developer showcased its commercial and residential projects to the region.

Dubai Properties says just as Dubai has become a lucrative destination for Asian investors, Asia has also become an attractive location for Middle East investors. Its Chief Operating Officer, Mohamed Binbrek, said the company is experiencing "significant demand" from Asian retail and institutional investors.

Media Services: CoreNet Global Public Relations Campaign

Facility Media and RFP have been responsible for the PR efforts for CoreNet's Asia Summit for the past three years. In 2006, we attracted a record 300 reporters. In 2005, we produced a record 100 page report detailing clippings and coverage.
