Kevin currently heads a specialist hospitality consultancy working with experienced and new owners of hotels in Asia, the UAE and Africa, and serves as Chairman of a new joint venture specializing in hotel service evolution, brand strategy, and pre-opening service training for new hotels with one of the world's foremost specialist companies known also for it's unrivalled success in providing the world's best in in-flight airline service training, product development, positioning and service delivery.

Kevin served as General Manager in Asia, Australia and Africa of city hotels, luxury game lodges, and even a safari airline operation in the Okavango Delta. An integral member of several brand building teams including the Southern Sun Hotels in Africa , Le Meridien Asia Pacific in their Air France ownership, he has spent the last 15 years working primarily in the direct interests of hotel owners and developers. He held various roles over the last 12 years as SVP of Operations, Marketing and Sales, and Hotel Development for the Langham Hotels International brand established with Great Eagle Holdings of Hong Kong.

A past member of the PATA Board, he was awarded their Order of Merit in 2003 for his contributions to Travel & Tourism in Asia Pacific and was the recipient of the Chairman's Award in 2006. 

As Senior Solutions Manager for Epicor Software, Billy Lui has been involving in various roles with Epicor including sales and consulting. Billy possesses over 10 years of experience with ERP solutions, expertise in the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Accounting & Distribution systems and hospitality solutions. Billy holds a Master degree of Information Technology from the University of Warwick, UK. Before joining Epicor, Billy was working in a listed company in Hong Kong, specializing in IT implementation and training.
