Wing-See has lived and worked as a management consultant worldwide. She started her career in Canada with a national Canadian accounting firm, Campbell Sharp, a member of Pannell Kerr Forster. In 1986, she was sent by the Canadian Chartered Accountant Firm, Pannell Kerr Forster, to explore and to establish the Firm's presence in China . She moved to Hong Kong in 1988 to establish the consulting arm of Pannell Kerr Forster ( PKF) in Hong Kong . She joined KPMG - Taiwan as a Director in 1990 and established the Hospitality and Real Estate Consulting Unit for KPMG in Taiwan . In October 1995, she was invited by KPMG-Beijing to help establishing a management consulting practice there. She moved to Shanghai in 1998, to become the partner in charge of KPMG's management consulting practice in Shanghai . She established her own firm in 2001 and was licensed by PKF in 2002 to provide hospitality and financial advisory services in China . She specializes in real estate projects in Taiwan , Hong Kong and China .

Brian Deeson has had over 30 years experience in the management and marketing of hotels and resorts with major international hotel chains. After studying Hotel Management in the United Kingdom , Brian Deeson worked with Hilton International in London , Hong Kong and Bangkok before joining Hyatt International in 1971. He held the positions of General Manager for Hyatt hotels in Sydney and Manila . After assisting in Hyatt's major expansion in Asia, he then moved to Hyatt International's headquarters in Chicago as Vice President Sales and Marketing in early 1979. Brian Deeson was responsible for the establishment of Hyatt International's worldwide sales and marketing organisation which included setting up a global reservations network handling 140 Hyatt hotels in 25 countries. Brian Deeson maintains an active and highly visible presence in the regional and international tourism industry having served as Chairman of the Hong Kong Chapter of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA).  He is on the Board of PATA and serves as Secretary/Treasurer for the Association.
