Speaker: Do you know of a speaker who you think would deliver a fascinating presentation; sponsor a speaker and share the knowledge!
Keynote speaker: Partner with us to present the core/key message to the delegates!
Light Refreshment Breaks: Everyone likes to network so make this break your own. We can even arrange for your logo to be printed on cups, plates and napkins!
Lunch: People are happiest when they're fed. Show your style and treat your guests to a 5-star meal, and even a short presentation or keynote address. Want to have people talk about you even when they're on a break, sponsor a delicious lunch and your company's name will be literally on the tip of the tongue)
Cocktails: Exclusively sponsor the post conference cocktails and enjoy the relaxed business and social networking opportunities and establish strong relationships, develop new partnerships and alliances!
Bags: Large or small, people will use them and wherever they go your logo goes too!
Site Visit: These are perfect value adds. We can arrange a site visit to a new facility, building or place of interest. It gives you a perfect opportunity to have a captive audience on the trip.
Insert Materials in the delegate pack: Everyone takes the pack; place your brochure in it so they can take you home with them!
A.V. Sponsor: If you have the technology or know of a company who does, why don't you show it off by sponsoring the AV equipment.
