Tom Wong
CEO,

Tom Wong has been in the computer systems and telecommunications industry for over 20 years. During the decades after his graduation from University of Massachusetts in 1986, he witnessed and experienced the transformation of telecommunications from traditional IDD to call back and its recent evolvement to IP telephony. Aged 42 , Tom currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of Hogan Information Systems (Shanghai) Co Ltd . On behalf of a Hogan , Mr. Wong acquired Chinaonline and V-Sat, the largest private satellite communication network in China . Prior to Hogan, h e is co-founded of a US listed company (OTCBB: ETLK) , Elephant Talk Limited in 1994 , and ET Network Services Limited in 1999 in the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, and PRC. Tom is also one of the founders of New Tech Information Systems Limited, which was founded in 1987 in the US, Hong Kong and Peoples' Republic of China . Tom holds a BS degree of Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts.

a building designer and has been associated with the world of corporate real estate as Project manager, Facilities Manager, Real Estate researcher, Workplace planner and Client Relationship Manager.

As a workplace professional, his contributions in the area of Quality Management, Process Development, Resource and infrastructure Planning,

Value Engineering and Project Management are highly valued by the organisations he worked with. He has been in the middle of action when economy along with Real Estate industry was starting to look up in
India and his successful assignments in last 12 years are a testimony to the fact that Managing a successful business in India is no different than managing in any other part of the world

Alan Fung

Alan is a senior manager with the Risk Advisory Services practice in KPMG Hong Kong and China . He has over ten years of applied industry experience on information risk management, IT audit, enterprise IT security strategy and architecture design, technology infrastructure implementation and management, IT risk assessment, business continuity management and forensic technology review across a broad range of industries in the Asia Pacific region including banking and finance, energy, government, telecommunication, insurance, retail and IT. Alan is responsible for all information security, business continuity management and privacy engagements in KPMG Hong Kong and China as the National Leader of these services. He has also advised clients on IT regulatory compliance and governance matters including Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Alan is also the National Director of China for the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) where he is responsible for overseeing activities and developments of ISSA across China . He is a Certified Trust Services Trainer with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Alan received his Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) Degree from the University of London, United Kingdom."

Stephen has a regional role leading the Engineering Operations Group of DSCO, to deliver consultancy services across Asia Pacific. These services focus on consultancy for critical facilities management services and building whole-life operations.

DSCO specialises in electrical and mechanical consultancy for mission critical facilities, where service failure is not acceptable.

A mechanical engineer by training, Stephen has extensive experience in a range of disciplines from military combat engineering to building services operations, hospital operations and projects. He has specialised in intelligent building applications, working for a number of years in the BMS, integration and intelligent system industry. More recently he had his own company in the UK providing technical interim management and project delivery services.
